What We Offer

Our expert cultural and educational services are designed to provide personalised guidance and support, helping rangatahi, school communities and organisations strengthen cultural identity, understanding, and performance. Trust us to elevate learning and leadership through authentic, tailored Māori experiences and strategies.

  • A school-focused kapa haka programme delivered across the school year.

    • Weekly classes (flexible per school timetable)

    • Term intensives and performance coaching (end-of-term assemblies, competitions, festivals)

    • Teacher development and co-teaching options so capability stays in the school

Who this is for: Primary/secondary schools, and kura kaupapa looking to run kapa haka across the year.

  • Ongoing waiata and tikanga development tailored for staff, leadership teams or organisational groups. Options range from termly workshops to a year-long learning pathway that builds singing skills, waiata repertoire and tikanga confidence.

    • Staff PD workshops and ongoing coaching

    • Year-long learning plans: progressive modules and check-ins

    • Practical resources: lyric sheets, recordings, and teaching notes

    • Options for team performances or staff-led waiata at events

Who this is for: School staff, workplace teams, health/social services, and NGOs wanting waiata skills embedded across the organisation.

  • Practical creative services for schools and organisations, including branding, bespoke waiata, curriculum resources, event facilitation and te reo support.

    • House / team naming & logo design — rename houses or teams and create logo files + basic brand notes (print & digital).

    • Waiata & songs — original waiata or chants, with recordings and lyric sheets tailored to your group.

    • Brand & identity support for organisations — simple identity packs and guidance on using te reo and tikanga in your comms.

  • We provide clear, practical advice to leaders, boards and managers. Our role is to guide you — helping with strategy, governance, tikanga and projects so you can make confident decisions and get things done.

    • Strategy & planning — setting priorities and simple roadmaps.

    • Cultural integration — practical advice on tikanga and embedding te ao Māori.

    • Project & programme advice — review, design and delivery options.

    • Stakeholder guidance — how to engage with iwi, hapū, whānau and community.

    • Leadership coaching — short mentoring sessions for leaders and staff.

    • Te Reo Māori support — help with developing pepeha, mihi, whai kōrero, karanga for staff or leaders.

    • Pōwhiri Preperation — planning, briefing prior and/or on-the-day support for kawa, waiata and whai kōrero and/or karanga. We can liaise with kaumātua/elders and attend on the day to coordinate logistics and make sure the pōwhiri runs with tikanga and dignity.

  • Bring your group together with an energetic kapa haka show followed by a range of practical activities everyone can join. Participants try poi, tī rākau, mau rākau (safely), basic carving, and explore Māori art — all led by experienced kaiako who make learning active and enjoyable for all ages.

  • These workshops support staff and leadership teams to deepen their understanding of cultural identity, tikanga and wellbeing — and to apply that learning in everyday practice. Sessions combine korero, reflection, practical activities and planning so teams leave with tools and an action plan they can implement.

Our Process

Plan with Purpose

We talk with you to understand the kaupapa, people, place, outcomes and practical details — so every project starts with a clear, realistic plan that honours your goals.

Co-design solutions

We design a bespoke approach for your event or programme — from creative content and learning outcomes to songlists or facilitation plans — weaving in te reo, tikanga and the specifics that make your kaupapa unique.

Prepare & coordinate

We polish the delivery: rehearsals, logistics, vendor liaison and a clear run-sheet so everything fits your programme and runs smoothly on the day.

Deliver with mana

We deliver with presence, professionalism and respect for tikanga. After the event we provide recordings, resources and a short review — plus any follow-up support to keep the impact going.
